Epic Sr. Analyst

Required Skills & Experience

• Epic Certification in one of the following: Prelude, HB, PB, Cadence Referral, or Bridges
• 5+ years of Epic Patient Access experience or a combination of above disciplines
• Proven ability to independently own Epic build and production support

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• RTE experience (Build experience a plus)
• Prelude Certification
• Experience with eligibility workflows, payer integrations, and patient access optimization

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Epic Analyst to join a large healthcare organization’s Patient Access team. This individual will independently own Epic build, production support, troubleshooting, and workflow optimization across patient access applications. While candidates may come from Prelude, HB, PB, Cadence Referral, or Bridges, the long-term goal is for this person to expand into RTE and become a key RTE SME for the team. They will support eligibility and patient access workflows, partner directly with operational leaders, resolve production issues, and take on responsibilities beyond their primary Epic application. The ideal candidate is a strong senior-level analyst who enjoys learning new areas of Epic and can confidently operate as an independent build resource.
