Required Skills & Experience

• Current clinical licensure or a bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology or science, healthcare, or related field – Helps with conversion salary.
• Certifications in: Epic HIM (ROI) + Epic HIM Deficiency Tracking + Epic HIM Coding (They do not need experience with Epic Identity)
• 2+ years’ experience
• Some build experience

Job Description

• Conduct rigorous testing of the EPIC system, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of EPIC system updates and enhancements.
• Collaborate with other IT professionals to ensure system interoperability and data integrity.
