Job Description

An employer in the San Diego area is seeking a Senior level Epic Beaker AP/CP Implementation Program Manager. The organization is seeking a resource with demonstrated experience leading Epic Beaker Anatomic Pathology (AP) and Clinical Pathology (CP) implementations, ideally managing end-to-end implementation activities. They will be coordinating with Epic analysts and technical/clinical workstreams and will drive readiness through go-live and stabilization. A strong understanding of laboratory workflows, clinical operations, and Epic Beaker functionality is necessary. They will also be coordinating multidisciplinary teams, including laboratory stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors, and will also assist with implementation planning, resource management, risk mitigation, issue resolution, and executive stakeholder communication.
