Job Description
Support the Transformation Office across a portfolio of enterprise transformation initiatives, serving as the central point of coordination for project teams, leaders, and key stakeholders. This role will own meeting facilitation, agenda development, status tracking, action-item management, and follow-up activities to ensure programs maintain momentum and key decisions are executed. Build and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, dependencies, RAID logs, and governance materials while monitoring progress, risks, and milestones across multiple workstreams. Develop executive-ready presentations, meeting summaries, dashboards, and communications that provide leadership with clear visibility into program status and priorities. Partner closely with transformation leaders to solve problems, anticipate needs, drive accountability, and proactively move initiatives forward, demonstrating strong business acumen, organization, and a bias for action rather than waiting for direction. Pay is around 55-60/hr.
