Job Description

The Project Manager is responsible for the day-to-day execution of complex data center construction projects, with a strong focus on electrical and mechanical systems. The Project Manager drives schedules, coordinates trades, resolves issues, and ensures work moves forward efficiently in fast-paced, mission-critical environments. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in construction, EPC, or manufacturing environments, brings an electrical/mechanical mindset, and is a strong communicator who can lead teams, remove obstacles, and deliver results.

  • Drive project schedules, short-interval planning, and milestone completion
  • Actively manage subcontractors and vendors, ensuring scope alignment, productivity, and quality
  • Identify issues early and drive resolution, escalating when necessary while keeping projects moving forward
  • Partner with Program Managers, Superintendents, Engineers, and Owners to align strategy with execution
  • Lead project meetings, maintain clear communication, and ensure accountability across all stakeholders
  • Track costs, manage change orders, and support forecasting and reporting
  • Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittals with a constructability and execution mindset
