The ideal candidate has experience supporting enterprise technology implementations and enjoys working directly with business stakeholders, scientists, project teams, and change leaders to ensure successful adoption of new tools and processes. This role will partner closely with Change Leads, Communications Specialists, Learning Teams, and Business Process Owners to execute change management activities that help prepare end users for the transition to a new enterprise ELN platform.

The program supports the consolidation and harmonization of laboratory operations, business processes, and scientific workflows across a global pharmaceutical organization. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of change management and stakeholder engagement strategies for a large-scale ELN implementation.
  • Conduct stakeholder analyses and document organizational impacts across scientific and operational functions.
  • Assist with change impact assessments, readiness assessments, and adoption planning activities.
  • Develop and maintain stakeholder engagement trackers, readiness dashboards, and project artifacts.
  • Create and support the distribution of communications including newsletters, executive updates, FAQs, presentations, and awareness campaigns.
  • Coordinate the review and localization of change materials for different sites, time zones, scientific functions, and local requirements, while maintaining consistency with the global change approach.
  • Coordinate stakeholder meetings, workshops, focus groups, and engagement sessions.
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of change champion and super-user networks.
  • Partner with learning and training teams to support training readiness and deployment activities.
  • Collect and analyze stakeholder feedback to identify adoption risks and opportunities.
