Required Skills & Experience
- 1+ year of hands-on electrical, construction, millwright, or similar experience
- Experience using basic hand and power tools, including drills and wrenches
- Exposure to electrical wiring, conduit, cable pulling, installation, or similar hands-on electrical work
- Comfortable working in a physical, production/construction environment
- Ability to communicate effectively in English for work instructions and safety requirements
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- 1–2 years of electrical apprenticeship / journeyman-track experience
- Millwright experience
- Commercial or industrial electrical experience
- Conduit bending and cutting experience
- Cable pulling and termination experience
- Experience with Cat5/Cat6 or larger electrical conductors
- General contracting/construction background
- Previous electrical assembly or manufacturing experience
- Relevant electrical or trade certifications
Job Description
Insight Global is seeking Electrical Assemblers to support a large electrical manufacturing operation. This is a hands-on, construction-based electrical role where individuals will work alongside production teams assembling and wiring large electrical systems.
New hires will begin with structured training focused on safety, tools, conduit, wiring, and production processes before transitioning onto a production team.
