Required Skills & Experience
7+ years of EHSS experience in construction, telecommunications, utilities, manufacturing, or field services environments. 5+ years of experience developing and delivering safety training programs. Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and adult learning principles. Experience managing training records, certifications, and learning management systems. Ability to travel as required. Ability to work primarily out of the Virginia office. CHST and OSHA certifications.
Job Description
The EHS Training Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving AFL U.S. Services' Environmental, Health, Safety and Security (EHSS) training strategy. This role ensures employees, supervisors, managers, and subcontractor partners receive consistent, compliant, and effective training that supports AFL's commitment to a hazard-free workplace.
