Job Description
The Cloud Infrastructure Land Development & Early Works team is responsible for preparing data center sites for successful construction and ensuring land development activities align with the requirements of the overall data center design.
The Geotechnical Engineer – Land Development & Early Works will serve as a technical subject matter expert supporting data center developments across the United States. This individual will consult with Land Development, Civil Engineering, Design, Construction, and contractor teams to evaluate geotechnical and subsurface conditions and determine how those conditions impact site design, construction methodology, schedule, cost, and overall constructability. The Geotechnical Engineer will provide technical guidance from early site development through construction, helping ensure that the design reflects actual field conditions and that construction activities do not negatively impact the long-term performance or constructability of the site.
