Required Skills & Experience

Strong Azure cloud experience supporting production applications

Strong Python scripting and SQL skills

Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Terraform

Experience troubleshooting and maintaining applications across production, QA, and lower environments

Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, ideally Jenkins

Exposure to AI/GenAI applications or AI-enabled use cases

Ability to troubleshoot across application, infrastructure,

API, and operations teams and coordinate issues through resolution

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Banking or financial-services experience

Experience supporting AI/GenAI solutions in production

Experience with on-prem APIs / hybrid cloud integrations

Experience with AWS or GCP in addition to Azure

Broader application support experience beyond traditional infrastructure/DevOps work

Job Description

We are seeking two Azure DevOps Engineers to support and maintain cloud-based applications and AI-driven use cases within an enterprise technology and operations environment. These positions are focused primarily on production support, application maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancement, rather than building DevOps environments or CI/CD pipelines from scratch.

The engineers will support applications hosted in Microsoft Azure that integrate with on-premise APIs and internal systems. They will troubleshoot production issues, recreate problems in lower environments, implement technical enhancements, and coordinate with development, cloud, middleware, deployment, and operations teams as changes progress through QA, pilot, and production.

Candidates should be comfortable working across application and infrastructure concerns and collaborating directly with multiple internal stakeholders to resolve production issues.
