Data Analyst

Required Skills & Experience

5–7 years of data analytics experience. Production experience with the Microsoft data stack, specifically Azure, Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI. Experience with at least one of the following: Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, or Snowflake. Advanced Excel skills, including macros/automation and advanced functions. Strong capabilities in data visualization, dashboard/report development, database management, and analytics. Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, written/verbal communication, and attention to detail. Ability to support and communicate with a diverse group of end users. U.S. citizenship, as required by CCC for DoD government contract compliance. Ability to work onsite in Auburn Hills, MI.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Previous Procore experience or experience supporting a comparable enterprise/project-management platform. Strong Power BI/DAX dashboard development and data modeling expertise. Hands-on experience with ETL/data pipelines, Azure Data Factory, SQL databases, and data warehousing. Experience with construction, general contracting, automotive/manufacturing, industrial, or other project-based operational environments. Experience training users, documenting technical solutions, managing support requests, and translating technical information for nontechnical stakeholders. VBA/Excel automation, Python, Snowflake, Tableau, or other complementary analytics technologies.

Job Description

Support Project Engineers, Project Managers, and operations teams with day-to-day Procore questions, tickets, troubleshooting, and system requests. Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, data visualizations, Excel files, and database/reporting solutions. Research technical issues, document solutions, track system updates, and help maintain accurate and reliable data. Configure and support Procore while incorporating data analytics capabilities and improving the overall user experience. Provide end-user training on Procore tools, reporting, system updates, and analytics functionality. Work across multiple requests simultaneously in a fast-paced, 100% onsite Auburn Hills, Michigan environment.
