Required Skills & Experience

Must Haves

• 1+ year of experience in water treatment OR an industrial/mechanical environment
• Strong hands-on mechanical aptitude with experience performing field testing, inspections, troubleshooting, and/or equipment maintenance
• Comfortable working around industrial equipment and identifying/resolving mechanical or operational issues
• Ability to execute testing procedures, accurately log/report data, and maintain documentation
• Strong customer-facing communication skills with the ability to work independently at customer sites
• Valid driver's license with no restrictions
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work including climbing, kneeling, crouching, standing, and walking
• High school diploma or equivalent

• Direct water treatment or specialty chemical industry experience
• Experience with boilers, cooling towers, and/or wastewater treatment systems
• Associate's degree or trade school certification
• Experience in industrial, mechanical, manufacturing, utilities, or data center environments
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Job Description

Day-to-Day

• Perform field testing, inspections, and basic troubleshooting on water treatment and disinfection systems
• Execute required chemistry tests and accurately log and report results
• Provide routine service support at customer accounts and execute system assurance plans
• Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate more complex technical challenges as needed
• Monitor and maintain product inventories at customer accounts
• Work directly with customers to identify pain points and provide technical support
• Support Sales Representatives within strategic customer accounts
• Ensure compliance with required safety policies and procedures
• Support customer accounts within the data center industry
