Job Description

Day-to-Day

This person will serve as the senior IT leader for a growing business, partnering closely with executive and operational leadership to understand business needs and translate them into technology solutions.

Day to day:

Own the overall IT strategy, priorities, and roadmap for the business Partner with leaders across operations, finance, HR, and manufacturing to understand needs and identify technology solutions Oversee the organization's ERP and core business applications Lead and prioritize IT projects, ensuring resources, timelines, and business requirements are aligned Build, coach, and develop the IT team while determining future resource needs Own IT budget and resource planning Work closely with technical teams and partners to ensure infrastructure and systems are supporting business needs Act as the bridge between technical teams and business leadership Evaluate current processes and systems and identify opportunities for improvement Stay hands-on enough to jump into projects, troubleshoot issues, understand workflows, and help drive solutions forward Support a growing organization through continued technology modernization and transformation Salary: $190-$200k 20% bonus
