0–3 years of experience as a Composite or Aerospace Technician. Experience with composite layup, bagging, bonding, assembly, or winding preferred. Proficient with basic hand tools and comfortable with hands-on mechanical work. Ability to read technical documentation and engineering drawings. Strong attention to detail, quality, and safety. Positive attitude, high energy, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills. High school diploma required.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Aerospace Composite Technician to join our team for a large-scale layup project. The successful candidate will have experience as a composite or aerospace technician and demonstrate proficiency with basic hand tools.

Day-to-Day – Composite Technician Perform hands-on mechanical sub-assembly and composite assembly work. Support the team with composite layup, bagging, and bonding processes. Assist as a second set of hands during layup and bagging to ensure parts are properly prepared and assembled. Prepare composite parts for bonding, including surface prep, cleaning, and ensuring parts are free of contaminants. Apply and bond metal fittings to composite components. Help with the final assembly of canisters, including putting together composite and metallic subassemblies. Work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment while learning new composite manufacturing processes. Candidates with winding experience are a plus, and prior layup/bagging experience would be highly preferred.
