Compliance Eligibility Coordinator

Job Description

Position Overview Insight Global is seeking two Compliance Data Coordinators to support AT&T’s FirstNet eligibility audit program. These resources will work alongside the existing Compliance team to research accounts flagged for potential eligibility issues, review customer and line-level information, and help move cases through the compliance review process. This is a detail-oriented data coordination and research role. Candidates need to be organized, investigative, and comfortable managing multiple accounts and follow-ups simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Receive accounts triggered for potential FirstNet compliance issues Review customer and individual line/CTN information in ServiceNow Conduct external research to support eligibility validation Gather and organize information needed for compliance review Enter required information into existing AI/classification tools Review outputs and identify cases requiring additional research or clarification Compare findings against established FirstNet eligibility criteria Document findings and maintain accurate case information in ServiceNow Track multiple accounts and outstanding action items simultaneously Coordinate with Sales when additional information or clarification is needed Escalate potential eligibility issues to the appropriate Compliance team members Help keep audits moving through the process and increase overall audit capacity
