Commercial Roofing Project Manager

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial flat roofing
• Experience managing large-scale metal wall panel projects
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations
• Experience with project management and estimating software; Sage CRE 300 and The Edge preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and make decisions under pressure
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites

Job Description

• Manage commercial roofing, waterproofing, and building envelope projects from start to finish
• Average of 5-6 projects at any given time
• Visit projects regularly and work in office full time
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and plans
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Monitor project timelines, costs, quality, and financial performance
• Manage contracts, change orders, and project documentation
• Conduct site visits and monitor project progress
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Lead project meetings and provide status updates
