Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of enterprise experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or Product Analyst Hands-on experience with the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence) Demonstrated experience turning business requirements into technical user stories for 3rd party system configurations Experience with UAT, regression testing, and system implementations/migrations Strong systems aptitude, problem-solving skills, and ability to work through ambiguity Ability to influence and build strong relationships with enterprise level stakeholders CLM/contract lifecycle management experience highly preferred

Sirion CLM, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Cvent, Databricks, or similar enterprise platforms Tech forward, demonstrated interest or experience using AI tools

Job Description

We are seeking a CLM Business Analyst to bridge business and technology teams during a major systems transformation. This role will translate business needs into system requirements while supporting existing contracting platforms and the implementation of future-state solutions. Responsibilities include:

• Translate business requirements into user stories, workflows, and Gherkin-based acceptance criteria
• Manage requirements, stories, documentation, and defects using Jira and Confluence
• Support CLM processes across engagements, third-party agreements, contracts, and payments
• Partner with business and engineering teams on system enhancements and implementations
• Support UAT, regression testing, defect resolution, and release validation
• Troubleshoot system issues for internal users and external Healthcare Professionals (HCPs)
• Help transition legacy systems to new platforms while identifying opportunities for automation and AI
