Clinical Operations Manager

Required Skills & Experience

o Active Wisconsin independent clinical license: (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW)

o Must be independently licensed and able to:

• Provide clinical supervision
• Sign off on supervision hours
• Industry Experience:
• Behavioral Health background required
• Experience with/knowledge of: CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) + ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention) knowledge preferred but not required
• Leadership Experience:
• Clinical supervision experience
• Operational leadership experience (slight flexibility here besides Oconomowoc)
• Performance management experience, including: o Coaching o Employee development o Evaluations o Corrective action/write-ups
• Policy implementation experience

Additional Certifications

• ICS (Independent Clinical Supervisor)
• SAC
• CSAC
• Other Substance Use Disorder certifications

Technology/Experience with:

• Workday
• Microsoft Office Suite
• EMR/clinical documentation systems (ex: Cerner)
