Job Description
Insight Global is looking to hire a Change Management Analyst sitting remotely. This person will support a federal customer within their financial organization, specifically across acquisitions and budget functions. The team currently relies heavily on financial analysts and SMEs for user questions, information requests, approvals, and support, creating a need for a more clearly defined and consistent process.
The Change Management Analyst will evaluate existing processes and documentation and help build a more structured approach for how users access information, request support, obtain approvals, and escalate questions. This person will help clarify where different requests should go, improve existing process documentation, and develop communications and training materials that make it easier for users to navigate the newly implemented financial tool. The goal is to create a more consistent user experience while reducing unnecessary coordination and reliance on financial analysts and SMEs.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing existing process documentation and identifying opportunities to build upon and clarify current processes
- Defining clearer processes for how users request information, support, and approvals
- Establishing a more consistent approach for how users reach out for support and where different requests should be routed
- Developing and updating process documentation, communications, and training materials
- Coordinating with financial analysts, SMEs, federal IT PMs, and tool users to understand needs and improve the overall support process
- Helping ensure questions, support requests, enhancement requests, tickets, and approvals are directed to the appropriate owners
Compensation:
$62.00/hr to $68.00/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
