Job Description
Day to Day:
Scheduling for GI appointments: commonly colonoscopy Environment: cubical setting Each call lasting 3:30-5 minutes Training: 1 on 1 with a current employee for the first few weeks Metrics: QA, monitored calls, constructive criticism, handle time and accuracy Highly structured environment and metrics based (notified for breaks- they get two 15-minute breaks and half hour lunch)
