Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Business Application Specialist for one of their top clients in the Logistics / Supply Chain industry. He/She will be responsible for supporting the implementation, enhancement, testing, and ongoing operational support of our client's internal application. This role serves as a liaison between business users, technical teams, and application stakeholders to ensure successful software deployments, issue resolution, and continuous system improvements. The specialist will manage implementation projects from planning through go-live, coordinate testing efforts, oversee help desk support activities, prioritize enhancement requests, and monitor system performance to drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. This position requires strong project coordination skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, and experience supporting enterprise applications in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should have experience with software implementations, end-user support, change management, and cross-functional collaboration.
