- Experience leading, managing, or mentoring a team of 4+ people
- Experience working for an electrical contractor or supporting electrical construction projects Experience with Navisworks for model coordination and clash detection or Revit for BIM Modeling and construction documentation
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience with Evolve Electrical, Stratus, Bluebeam, and/or other project management and coordination tools
- Experience developing BIM standards, processes, and training programs for team members Experience attending and/or leading trade coordination meetings with multiple stakeholders
Job Description
A full-service electrical contractor is seeking a Regional Manager to support BIM project delivery through support of a regional BIM team. This role will develop and manage Lead BIM Modelers. The ideal candidate has experience with Revit and/or Navisworks, understands BIM best practices, and can help drive modeling standards, manage work sharing environments, and mentor team members on BIM tools and processes.
