BACKFILL - Warehouse Worker - Valencia, CA

Job Description

Insight Global is hiring Record Center Specialists for a leading records management and information storage organization in Valencia, CA. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on, physical work in a warehouse environment and are comfortable lifting, moving, and organizing materials throughout the day.

This position requires candidates to be safety-conscious, dependable, and capable of performing physically demanding tasks while maintaining accuracy and productivity.

Skills and Requirements

• Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout an entire shift
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, distribution, records management, inventory, or other labor-intensive environments preferred
• Ability to safely lift, carry, push, pull, and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance
• Comfortable working on feet for extended periods of time
• Ability to frequently bend, stoop, squat, kneel, twist, and reach throughout the day
• Experience using hand trucks, pallet jacks, carts, or other material handling equipment preferred
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn proprietary inventory management systems
• Ability to operate handheld scanners and accurately process inventory transactions
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Comfortable climbing ladders and working at varying heights when necessary
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
• Must be able to wear required safety footwear meeting ASTM F2413-11 standards with a slip-resistant rating of "Better" or "Best" -Must be able to pass a Drug screening & Background-check
• Previous experience in records management, document storage, fulfillment, shipping/receiving, or warehouse operations
• Prior experience operating pallet jacks and other material-handling equipment
• Experience with inventory tracking systems and barcode scanners
• OSHA or warehouse safety training
