Assistant Plant Manger

Required Skills & Experience

• 5-10 years of experience
• Assist in managing daily plant operations, including production scheduling, equipment maintenance, and quality assurance.
• Support the Head Plant Manager in supervising plant staff and ensuring adherence to safety and operational protocols.
• Perform and oversee preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on plant equipment.
• Operate and maintain boiler systems in compliance with safety and efficiency standards.
• Maintain and troubleshoot air compressor pumps and pneumatic systems.
• Conduct welding repairs and fabrication as needed to support plant operations.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical issues; implement preventative maintenance for electrical systems.
• Help monitor plant performance metrics and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory requirements.
