Job Description

Review correspondence sitting in OnBase. Determine what patient/account each document belongs to. Index the document to the correct account. Make sure it routes into the appropriate Epic workflow/workqueue. Identify older correspondence that may no longer require action because the account has already been resolved. Track patterns in the backlog, such as bank correspondence or repeated document types. Eventually help the AR team work denials and other AR backlogs once the correspondence project is under control.
