Hands-on experience with CCURE 9000 and/or Genetec Security Center Experience working with physical security, electronic security, or access-control systems Experience configuring, administering, or troubleshooting enterprise access-control systems Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Experience working within a ticket-based support environment Ability to collaborate with IT, security, engineering, and project teams Ability to work onsite in South San Francisco 3 days per week Strong communication and customer-service skills

Job Description

We are seeking an Application Engineer to support enterprise physical security and access control systems within a large corporate environment. This individual will primarily support CCURE 9000 and Genetec Security Center, troubleshooting system issues and configuring physical access for buildings and users. This is a hands-on, service-oriented role working closely with security, IT, project teams, and other engineers. The environment is ticket-driven, so the ideal candidate is comfortable troubleshooting issues, managing multiple requests, and supporting users while maintaining reliable physical security systems.
