Advanced Design Engineering Supervisor

Required Skills & Experience

• 15+ years of engineering experience with Bachelor's, 13+ years with Master's, or 10+ years with PhD
• Prior leadership experience managing and mentoring engineering teams
• Strong aircraft structures design experience
• Expertise in GD&T and engineering drawing standards (ASME Y14.1, Y14.2, Y14.5, Y14.37, Y14.41)
• Knowledge of composite and metallic materials and structural joint design
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance
• Experience working with NX & TeamCenter highly desired
