Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an Operations Supervisor. The Operations Supervisor leads a manufacturing team and is responsible for safety, production, quality, attendance, and employee performance. This is a hands-on floor leadership role overseeing an average of 10-20 employees, driving daily KPIs, solving operational issues, managing corrective actions, and ensuring production goals are met. The pay for this role is dependent on experience and the interview but falls within $90-95k. This role is either 2nd (2pm-10pm) or 3rd shift (10pm-6pm).
