Location: Edwardsville, KS\ Shift: 1st Shift \| MondayFriday \| 7:00 AM3:30 PM\ Pay: \$17.50/hour to start \| Weekly Pay \| Overtime Available

Inova Staffing is hiring Mechanical Assemblers for a growing manufacturing team in Edwardsville! This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on work, using tools, and building commercial equipment in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble commercial equipment and components using hand tools and impact wrenches
• Perform mechanical assembly work according to production specifications
• Safely operate basic tools and manufacturing equipment
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials and finished products
• Inspect parts and completed assemblies for quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow production schedules and meet daily manufacturing goals

Qualifications

• Previous experience using hand tools, power tools, and impact wrenches required
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with assembled components
• Manufacturing, assembly, construction, automotive, or warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively on a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
