Your Role & Its Purpose:
We are seeking an innovative Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead program management across iA’s hardware portfolio, spanning new product development (NPD) and sustaining engineering. In this role, you’ll combine business knowledge, technical expertise, and cross-functional leadership to drive product innovation.
You’ll lead complex programs from design through release, balancing quality and time-to-market while strengthening the processes, tools, and collaboration that support efficient execution. Your work will also include improving R&D hardware cost tracking, driving cost optimization, and using AI tools such as Copilot and Claude to streamline program management and champion adoption across teams.
You’ll bring extensive experience leading complex programs in a related industry and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. Success requires balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution - building programs from the ground up, resolving process gaps, clarifying responsibilities, and coaching cross-functional stakeholders.

- Continuously incorporate learnings, optimize processes, and promote efficiency through project/program best practices
- Execute change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes within the program and across teams
- Leads the team to prepare for Phase Gate and other Go/No-Go decisions by executive leadership, ensuring that decisions are advised by a balanced and clear representation of relevant data
- Independently determines and pursues courses of action vital to obtaining desired results
- Ability to influence and build trust with stakeholders across teams and generate broad support for program/project objectives. Promotes a culture where teams feel recognized, valued, and heard
- Leads cross-functional teams through problem resolution including root cause analysis and corrective action
- Confidently leads large cross-functional meetings and events/workshops that are structured, productive, and drive results
- Establishes a framework for accurate tracking and reporting of R&D hardware program costs, and identifies and drives cost optimization opportunities across active programs
- Leverages AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude) to streamline day-to-day program management work and drive efficiency gains, while serving as an AI champion and change management leader for the teams you support
What You Bring to the Table:
- 7+ years in a technical program/project function with experience working directly with product and engineering teams
- 5+ years managing projects through execution and engaging with senior executives
- BA/BS or equivalent experience required

- Experience managing projects across functional teams, building sustainable processes, and coordinating release schedules across multiple development teams
- Ability to build strong partnerships across teams with stakeholders at varying levels of the organization, including senior and executive leaders
- Leadership, facilitation skills, strong written/verbal communication and organization skills
