The role involves troubleshooting complex issues, incident and service request management, root cause analysis, and ensuring high system availability. The candidate will work closely with development, operations, and business teams to resolve technical issues, implement enhancements, and support continuous service improvement. Required Skills: AngularJS:Ability to troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance front-end applications. Java Engineering: Strong expertise in Java-based application support, debugging, and performance analysis. ServiceNow: Experience managing incidents, service requests, problem records, and workflow processes. IT Service Management (ITSM): Strong understanding of incident, problem, change, and service request management processes. Manage incidents and service requests through ServiceNow. Monitor system performance and ensure SLA compliance. Collaborate with development teams for defect fixes and enhancements.
