Required Qualifications
- Working knowledge of double entry accounting and General Ledger account structures

- Comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects and agency relationships
- Experience writing software design or functional specification documents
- Solid people skills and a willingness to engage with c-suite level accountants
- Willing to travel to Germany once per year along with agencies in the US as required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, related fields or equivalent practical experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in public transit, transportation, or government agency finance
