Develop technical specifications and provide process control expertise for new installations and upgrades.
Apply problem-solving and continuous improvement methodologies to address manufacturing challenges and improve performance.
Support implementation and adherence to engineering standards and best practices.
Participate in a rotating on-call support schedule for automation and process control systems.

What Success Looks Like

Effective implementation of automation and process control improvements.
Strong collaboration with operations and maintenance teams.
Safe execution of projects and process changes.

Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple disciplines.
Proven ability to manage priorities, execute projects, and deliver results in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Commitment to safety leadership and fostering a strong safety culture.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Yokogawa Centum VP DCS, Rockwell/Allen-Bradley PLCs, or similar industrial control systems.
Experience with OSIsoft PI, SAP MII, or other manufacturing execution and data historian systems.
Knowledge of advanced process control (APC) strategies.
