In the assigned Job Role of Technology Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

⦁ Contribute to the requirements elicitation process by documenting assigned parts of business requirements, in line with guidance provided ⦁ Facilitate software application design discussions, and document design decisions to guide the technical team towards building software solutions ⦁ Participate in coding and integrate new features or updates into existing applications, with a focus on maintaining system stability ⦁ Conduct code reviews, do changes to the codebase and maintain code repositories ⦁ Implement test strategies, analyse results, and coordinate bug fixes to uphold the software quality standards ⦁ Develop user training programs, documentation, and support frameworks to ensure a smooth transition to new software applications ⦁ Actively participate in resolving production issues and recommend preventive strategies to enhance system reliability ⦁ Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques, and support activities to enrich the knowledge base and assist other similar projects

The full stack position is responsible to provide deep technical expertise in all aspects of React JS, Next JS & MFE, Java Springboot API and Microservice Development for specific business environments. Focus on setting technical direction on groups of applications and similar technologies as well as taking responsibility for technically robust solutions encompassing all business, architecture, and technology constraints. Responsible for coordinating teams to accomplish design, development and end-to-end implementation following AI-lead approach.

• Experience in leading modern front-end and backend application solution design and implementation
• Strong knowledge in ReactJS, Next, Micro FE apps & architecture, Node.js, JavaScript, DOM manipulation, JavaScript object model, OOP and patterns, CSS, SCSS HTML5, Redux, ContextAPI, React Hooks API GraphQL, Apollo Client
• Min 6+ years of experience in Java Springboot based microservices / API design and development implementation
• Advanced skills in design, develop & prototype API and Microservice development for customer facing applications for Mobile App and Website for internal and external use.
• REST API design & development, Spring Cloud (Config, Circuit Breaker, Kubernetes), Apache Camel, Redis (caching, session management), MongoDB & MySQL, JUnit 5, Mockito, WireMock
• Resilience4j / Hystrix, Drools / jBPM, IBM MQ / RabbitMQ (message queues)
• Payment integrations (ACI, CyberSource, Klarna, Google Pay)
• JWT / OAuth2 authentication
• DevOps, Monitoring, Tools - Docker & Kubernetes (AKS), Jenkins / GitHub Actions (CI/CD pipelines)
• Azure (Container Registry, Key Vault)
• Dynatrace, Splunk
• Jira, Agile methodologies & Git version control
• Expertise in driving AI-led development – LLMs, Co-pilot and similar AI accelerators / tools
• Participate in API life-cycle management (API design best practices, discovery, inventory management, governance) and GraphQL is a plus.
• Event driven architecture knowledge and exposure to React JS based front-end application
• Work with product teams on new product ideas, designs, prototypes and estimate.
• Keep up to date on current and upcoming features in relevant products and platforms.
• Drive a best practices approach to the continuous improvement of our products, processes, and tools.
• Proficient in unit and integration test automation using Junit and JMeter.
• Write and maintain technical documentation for all features in development.
• Supervise and direct the work of backend team members within the IT team.
• Develop, and motivate team members. Coach team members to enable their highest performance.
• Common knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and other project management-based tools.
• Proactively support and drive the culture - focusing on key beliefs and behaviors.
• Lead and get results through others with clear expectations and measurement
• Enthusiastic and committed to learning new things and developing with the latest technologies and frameworks.
• Experience with Azure services AKS, service bus), and container orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes.
• Experience with asynchronous workers and resilient messaging services such as Kafka, SNS and SQS.
• Strong analytical and communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks at any given time.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-based environment. Strong focus on troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Superior knowledge of multiple, diverse technical configurations, technologies, and processing environments.
• Advanced level knowledge of the following technology architecture domains: application, collaboration, data integration, networks, platform, security and systems management, site reliability engineering.
• Advanced collaboration skills for technical and non-technical team members; with the ability to handle conflict and to work with a distributed team.
• Advanced knowledge of SOA and object-oriented analysis and design.
• Advanced ability to quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologies.
• Advanced ability to comprehend business strategies to ensure technical directions are supportive and consistent within the company.
• Strong ability to estimate the financial impact of technical architecture alternatives.
• Strong knowledge of business process re-engineering principles and processes.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
