Original job description

As the Americas Content & SEO Specialist for the Digital Experience Team at Infor, you will help optimize our US and LATAM websites for discoverability, relevance, conversion, and content quality. This is a highly hands-on, individual contributor role with day-to-day responsibility for on-page SEO, localized content strategy, and the quality of the copy that goes live across the region.

In this role, you will identify localized content gaps across US and LATAM markets and build strategies to close them. You will conduct SEO and GEO (generative engine optimization) research to inform content priorities, and review content requests coming in from across the business to ensure every page is fully optimized and every piece of copy is high quality, brand compliant, aligned with our editorial guidelines and tone of voice, and clear in articulating our unique differentiators.

Working closely with regional marketing, content, creative, and web stakeholders, you will coordinate ongoing website updates, content publishing, and performance reporting, while continuously identifying opportunities to improve conversion rate and the overall website experience across the Americas.

A Typical Day in the Life Includes:

  • Optimize and maintain our US and LATAM websites, ensuring pages are structured and written to perform in both traditional search and AI/generative search surfaces.
  • Identify localized content gaps across US and LATAM markets and develop strategies, roadmaps, and content plans to close them.
  • Conduct SEO and GEO research - keyword and search demand analysis, SERP and AI-answer review, and competitive content analysis - to inform content priorities and on-page optimization.
  • Review content requests coming in from across the business, assessing them for search opportunity, audience fit, and alignment with regional content priorities.
  • Ensure all pages are fully optimized on-page: titles, metadata, headings, internal linking, schema, and content structure.
  • Edit and quality-check web copy to ensure it is high quality, brand compliant, consistent with editorial guidelines and tone of voice, and clearly highlights our unique differentiators.
  • Drive conversion rate improvement across the site through content, messaging, layout, and call-to-action optimization, in partnership with web and demand generation teams.
  • Collaborate closely with regional marketing, product marketing, content, creative, and web operations teams to prioritize updates, manage requests, and align website initiatives with business goals.
  • Monitor and report on SEO/GEO, content, and conversion performance, providing regular insights, recommendations, and optimization opportunities to stakeholders.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve site structure, internal linking, content quality, and user experience to drive sustained organic growth and engagement.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience in web content and SEO, ideally supporting multiple markets or regions.
  • Experience in on-page SEO, with working knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, and content strategy.
  • Copywriting and editing skills.
  • Must be willing to work in the Atlanta office three days per week.
  • Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Spanish language skills (written and verbal) preferred but not required.
  • Experience working with global or enterprise-scale websites and content management systems (Sitecore, WordPress, Drupal or similar CMS).
  • Familiarity with SEO, GEO (generative engine optimization), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Search Console, GA4, enterprise SEO platforms, Ahrefs, Semrush).
  • Experience with conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, or website personalization.
