Position Title:- Website Modernization Project Lead Location: Jackson, MS Position type: Contract Interview Process:- Only Webcam

We are seeking an experienced Website Redevelopment & Accessibility Project Lead to manage a large-scale government website redesign and redevelopment project using Drupal. The candidate will oversee project execution, content strategy, content migration, stakeholder coordination, accessibility compliance, and post-launch web governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead website redesign and redevelopment activities in collaboration with technology vendors.
• Manage content audits, information architecture, content migration, QA, UAT, and launch readiness.
• Ensure compliance with ADA Title II and WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards.
• Develop web governance frameworks, content approval workflows, SOPs, and training materials.
• Coordinate with government stakeholders, legal and compliance teams, IT resources, and vendors.
• Maintain project documentation, status reports, risks, and issue tracking.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience leading large-scale website redesign or redevelopment projects from planning through launch.
• Public-sector or government website project experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience with website implementation, CMS platforms, and content migration.
• Working knowledge of ADA Title II and WCAG accessibility standards.
• Experience with web governance, stakeholder management, and change management.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project execution skills.

Preferred: Drupal or Tyler Technologies experience, government digital modernization, Smartsheet familiarity, and PMP or accessibility certifications.
