Senior Performance Test Engineering Lead || Middletown, PA || Remote Position w/ occasional travel*

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Performance Engineering Lead to lead enterprise-level performance testing for the Journi program. The ideal candidate will have strong NeoLoad expertise, experience with SAP applications, and a proven background in performance engineering and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead performance testing, load testing, stress testing, and performance optimization.
• Develop workload models, performance standards, and capacity planning strategies.
• Review application architecture and identify performance bottlenecks.
• Lead testing across SAP BRIM, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Convergent Mediation, CRM, APIs, middleware, and web applications.
• Use NeoLoad to develop testing frameworks and automate performance regression testing.
• Collaborate with development, SAP, database, infrastructure, and cloud teams to resolve performance issues.
• Present performance results, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of overall IT experience.
• 8+ years of enterprise performance engineering and load testing experience.
• 5+ years leading performance testing initiatives.
• Expert-level NeoLoad experience.
• Strong knowledge of SAP applications, enterprise integrations, APIs, middleware, and capacity planning.
• Experience with performance monitoring, bottleneck analysis, and scalability testing.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

NeoLoad certification and Azure/AWS certifications are preferred. Interested candidates with strong enterprise performance engineering and NeoLoad experience are encouraged to apply.
