Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Program Manager to lead and oversee Salesforce implementation projects. The candidate will manage project planning, timelines, vendors, risks, governance, business requirements, and coordination across technical and business teams. This is a non-coding leadership role requiring strong Salesforce project management and business process improvement experience.
Mandatory Requirements:
- 7+ years of IT project management experience.
- 5+ years of business process analysis experience.
- 3+ years of workflow automation experience.
- 3+ years of Salesforce experience.
- Experience managing multiple projects, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication, documentation, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
- Four-year college degree or equivalent technical study.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing large-scale Salesforce implementations.
- PMP certification.
- Experience leading digital workflow automation projects.
