Position Title:- Oracle APEX Developer Location: Harrisburg, PA Position type: Contract Interview Process:- Either Webcam or In-person

We are seeking an experienced Oracle APEX Developer to support the modernization of legacy Oracle Forms applications by migrating them to Oracle APEX on Oracle Database 19c. The ideal candidate will have strong Oracle PL/SQL development skills and experience building secure, scalable, and high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Migrate legacy Oracle Forms applications to Oracle APEX.
• Develop and maintain PL/SQL procedures, functions, packages, and complex SQL queries.
• Design and enhance Oracle APEX applications and user interfaces.
• Perform database performance tuning, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Integrate applications with web services and APIs.
• Support testing, deployment, documentation, and production activities.
• Collaborate with technical teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5–7 years of Oracle PL/SQL development experience.
• 5–7 years of Oracle APEX application development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Database 19c, SQL Developer, and/or TOAD.
• Experience with SQL performance tuning, database design, and web-service integration.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
