Job Description:

The Senior Programmer Analyst will be responsible for developing, enhancing, maintaining, and supporting Oracle E-Business Suite applications. Working as part of an Agile development team, this individual will translate business requirements into technical solutions, support daily system operations, and deliver reliable application enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2+ applications, including Financial, HR, Purchasing, iRecruitment, and Time and Labor modules.
• Analyze business requirements and develop solutions using Oracle Forms, Reports, JDeveloper, Workflow Builder, Java, and PL/SQL.
• Perform system administration, production support, troubleshooting, testing, and implementation of application enhancements.
• Develop and execute unit and system testing and support user acceptance testing.
• Maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and provide knowledge transfer.
• Follow established development standards, coding guidelines, and quality assurance procedures.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2+ in Linux environments hosted on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
• 8+ years of experience developing and supporting Oracle Financial and HR modules.
• Strong proficiency in Oracle Forms/Reports, JDeveloper, Workflow Builder, Java, and PL/SQL.
• Extensive experience in systems analysis, design, development, and production support.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Visio, and SharePoint.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Azure DevOps.
• Experience with VA Cardinal HR and/or Financial systems.
• Experience developing Power BI reports and dashboards.
