Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and manage agency IT and operational projects from initiation through completion. The candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with agency standards, policies, and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and communication plans.
• Coordinate project activities with internal teams, vendors, and agency stakeholders.
• Track project progress, deliverables, risks, issues, and budget.
• Prepare project reports, presentations, and planning documentation for leadership.
• Support project portfolio management and Project Management Office (PMO) activities.
• Use tools such as MS Project and SharePoint for project tracking and collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with project management methodologies, IT standards, and policies.
• Conduct lessons-learned sessions and prepare project closure documentation.

Required Education:

• High school diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in IT project management.
• PMP certification or experience with a recognized IT project management methodology.
