Role: Full Stack .NET Developer -.NET and Front-End Focus Location: Des Moines, IA Work Mode: Remote Employment Type: Contract Interview Mode: Video Or In Person

• We are seeking experienced Senior Full Stack .NET Developers to develop and enhance enterprise applications supporting State of Iowa programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain applications using C# and .NET.
• Build responsive user interfaces using HTML5, CSS/Sass, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and Material.
• Implement UI/UX best practices and enterprise design systems.
• Ensure compliance with WCAG 2.1 AA and Section 508 accessibility standards.
• Perform accessibility testing using tools such as JAWS and axe.
• Work with REST APIs, middleware, SQL Server, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with .NET and C#.
• Strong front-end development and UI implementation skills.
• Experience with WCAG 2.1 AA, Section 508, and accessibility testing.
• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS, Sass, JavaScript, and responsive design.
• Experience with enterprise design systems, Azure DevOps, APIs, and SQL Server.
• Recent experience with modern development practices

Preferred:

• Accessibility certifications such as DHS Trusted Tester, IAAP WAS, or CPACC; Angular and AWS experience; government or healthcare application experience.
