Business System Analyst || Contract || Hybrid- Richmond, VA. More than 8 years of experience are required. Position: Business System Analyst Position Type: Contract. Work Mode: Hybrid (4 days onsite and 1 day remote) Interview: Onsite. Client Location: Richmond, VA.

Responsibilities:

Lead project initiation and requirements gathering for new applications and enhancements. Collaborate with business and IT teams to document clear, complete, and SDLC-compliant requirements. Maintain standardized requirements documentation, processes, and templates. Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings to represent business needs during application design and development. Develop and execute system test plans to validate application functionality against requirements. Perform manual web application testing and document defects for resolution. Assist in preparing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts and validating application requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with .NET web application development projects. Experience documenting requirements in Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS). Interested candidates, kindly apply...!!!
