Job Title: Business Systems Analyst (BSA) Location: Pontiac, MI (Hybrid) Job Type: Long-Term Contract Interview: Video or In-Person

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst to support technology projects across Infrastructure Services, including Networking, Servers, Workstations, Microsoft 365, VOIP Telecommunications, and Service Center teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business data and prepare technical requirements.
• Support technology projects and ensure timely delivery of project requirements.
• Conduct research, testing, and implementation of technology solutions.
• Create procedures to improve existing systems and business processes.
• Provide training and technical support to end users.
• Prepare Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Contract Scope of Deliverables.
• Coordinate with infrastructure and technical teams.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 (M365) Productivity Suite.
• Hands-on Data Analytics experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently manage project assignments.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with contracts and Request for Proposals (RFPs).
• Webex Calling Platform.
• Telecommunications Expense Management.
• ServiceNow integrations, including Asset Management, Inventory Management, and CMDB Discovery.
