Position Title:- Avaya Telecom Engineer Location: Jackson, MS Position type: Contract Interview Process:- Only Webcam
We are hiring a Senior Avaya Telecom Engineer with 15+ years of experience in Avaya systems.
Required Skills:
- Avaya Communication Manager, Session Manager, and System Manager 7.1.3
- Avaya CMS R18 and Workforce Optimization 15.2
- Avaya G650/G450/G430 gateways and Spira SBCs
- Strong knowledge of SIP, H.323, routing, switching, firewalls, WAN, and QoS
- Experience in Avaya installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and Tier III support.
- Candidates should have strong communication skills and the ability to guide junior team members.
