What You’ll Do

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized plans to improve strength, balance, mobility, and independence.
• Provide evidence-based treatment for adults with orthopedic, neurological, cardiopulmonary, and other medical conditions.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment to support each resident’s goals.
• Collaborate with residents, families, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Complete documentation using NetHealth point-of-service technology.
• Supervise and support Physical Therapist Assistants in delivering quality care.

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring

• A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• A current Montana Physical Therapist license.
• A collaborative approach and a commitment to helping residents reach their goals.
• One year of PT experience preferred - but new graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply.
