Extrusion Line Operator - Middlefield, Ohio
Pay: $20--$25 per hour, depending on experience. 3rd shift has additional $1 per hour shift differential.
Schedule:
- 1st Shift: 7:00 a.m.--5:00 p.m., Monday--Thursday
- 3rd Shift: 9:00 p.m.--7:00 a.m., Monday--Thursday
Company Overview: U.S.-based manufacturer of custom rubber extrusions, molded parts, and die-cut components.
Job Duties:
- Set up dies and downstream equipment.
- Load materials.
- Read prints and blueprints.
- Accurately read calipers.
- Produce and continuously monitor products according to customer and internal specifications.
- Maintain accurate production records.
- Package finished goods.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous extrusion experience is required.
- Previous rubber manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Ability to lift 1--35 pounds.
- Ability to stand for a 10-hour shift.
