Help Build the Future of Healthcare AI
Infinitus is AI communications in service of patients.
Healthcare is inherently complex and siloed. We’re pioneering agentic communications to connect the entire system - any stakeholder, any channel, inbound and out. The result is intelligent care that reduces patient anxiety, increases speed to treatment, and enables teams to scale impact without stretching resources.
Our system combines industry-leading safety guardrails with the largest dynamic knowledge graph built on millions of real-world interactions. It’s why 44% of the healthcare Fortune 50 trusts Infinitus to turn fragmented touchpoints into seamless care for better patient outcomes.
The Mission
At Infinitus, our mission is simple: create time for healthcare by making access, adherence, and affordability easier than ever. We’ve automated over 7 million calls and 100M+ minutes of conversation - saving millions of hours for patients and providers.
Backed by over $100M from top investors including Google Ventures, Kleiner Perkins, Andreessen Horowitz, and Coatue, we’re a team that challenges the status quo and moves fast at the intersection of AI and healthcare. Infinitus was recently named to Fast Company's World's Most Innovative Companies and Business Insider’s top startups in healthcare.
Your Role
You'll be a core part of our two-person IT team, keeping Infinitus teammates productive and secure across their devices, accounts, and tools. Reporting to the IT Lead, you'll handle the day-to-day Help Desk queue, support onboarding and device management, and help build the processes and documentation that let IT scale as the company grows. This is a great fit for someone early in their IT career who wants hands-on experience across support, systems, and security.
This role alternates weekly between two coverage schedules, shared with the IT Lead: an early week (online by 5am to support early-starting teammates, in the SF office by 8am on office days, wrapping up around 2pm) and a standard week (8am-5pm). Office days are Mon/Tues/Thurs, and because IT supports the office network and equipment, expect to be onsite on days when hands-on support is needed.
Your Impact:
- Keep people productive: Give teammates fast, friendly support across their devices and the tools they use every day, so IT is a help to their work and not a hurdle.
- Make day one smooth: Be the reason new hires have their accounts, laptop, and access ready when they start, and help offboard people securely when they leave.
- Keep our devices healthy: Maintain our hardware and software inventory and support the full device lifecycle, using Rippling MDM.
- Protect the company: Work with the security team to follow security procedures around access, endpoints, and compliance.
- Build the playbook: Document processes and improve them over time, so IT runs on shared knowledge and not on one person's memory.
- Grow with the team: Help shape how IT scales as Infinitus grows, with room to take on more over time.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide technical support for end-user hardware across MacOS, ChromeOS, and occasionally Windows and Linux, running diagnostics and debugging to resolve issues quickly.
- Deliver software support for enterprise applications including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Rippling MDM.
- Maintain and update software and hardware inventory.
- Provision and support access to tools including GitHub, Sigma, Figma, Linear, and Confluence.
- Support onboarding and offboarding for employees and contractors.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain the office network and other office equipment, such as monitors, printers, and meeting equipment.
- Collaborate with the security team to follow security procedures that protect the company, such as access reviews and endpoint compliance.
- Contribute to strategic IT projects, including planning, implementation, and successful delivery of technical solutions that align with organizational objectives.
- Document processes, as well as backup and archive data.
- Keep up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree.
- 1-2 years' experience in a similar role. Internships and helpdesk experience count.
- Proficiency in MacOS and ChromeOS, and familiarity with Windows.
- Experience with cloud services such as Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
- Working knowledge of IT systems, networks, and related technologies.
- Familiarity with MDM solutions and security fundamentals.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing technology and business needs.
- Organized, with good time management and a team-oriented approach.
Nice to have:
- Experience at an early-stage startup.
- IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+.
- Apple Certified Support Professional (Apple Device Support)
Why You’ll Love It Here
Please Note: the following benefits are for salaried employees
- Hybrid work (SF office Mon/Tues/Thurs) + catered lunches (Bay Area Positions only)
- Competitive salary, equity, and 401(k)
- Wellness stipend & great benefits (medical, dental, vision)
