Position Summary

As a Warehouse & Customer Service Associate, you'll help keep our Spanish Fork branch running smoothly. From receiving shipments and preparing orders to assisting customers at the front counter, you'll play an important role in making sure our customers get the products and service they need. You may also assist with local deliveries as needed.

What You'll Do

• Greet and assist walk-in customers, process orders, and provide friendly, helpful service.

• Receive incoming shipments, unload trucks, and verify products against orders.

• Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.

• Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for pickup, delivery, or shipment.

• Maintain accurate order handling and pay close attention to product details.

• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.

• Assist with local customer deliveries as needed.

• Work closely with branch team members to support daily operations.

• Help with additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.

• Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Previous warehouse, inventory, or customer service experience preferred.

• Sales or delivery experience is a plus.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with loading, unloading, and moving products.
