Seeking an experienced automotive Supplier Quality professional with hands-on supplier manufacturing experience.
Key Requirements:
- Supplier Quality Engineering (SQE)
- Automotive OEM/Tier 1 experience
Supplier Quality Engineering (SQE)
- Automotive OEM/Tier 1 experience
- APQP, PPAP, 8D, and Root Cause Analysis
- Supplier audits and corrective actions
- Defect containment and PPM reduction
- Manufacturing quality and process improvement
- Engineering Change Management (ECN)
- Cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Purchasing
Experience with service/aftermarket parts and on-site supplier support is preferred.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- 3+ years in Quality, Supplier Quality, Engineering, or Manufacturing
- Business process improvement and quality analysis
- Strong problem-solving and presentation skills
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and travel up to 80%
